I have not forgotten and would never forget the day that you excelled in the field of "sarf" [part of specialities in Arabic literature] during our studies days and (your) father gave you a title " "Lively/Energetic Girl" and donated to you an expensive and pure golden dinar. So i deem the title, the dinar and the decoration as meritorious which the eminence of Sheikh considered them as his token of appreciation for the effort you are making. And you continue to be in the field of knowledge and preparation for the role of guidance and orientation which await you in the future.

So today after many years, your teacher also gave you the title, "The Pioneer Girl". Hence, for real with this book you are considered the respectable pioneer among our Muslim girls in the entire West African countries as far as I know.

In fact you have (written) repeatedly, until you emerged only one in this field, being optimistic (confident) of Allah who always ordain success, with faith and conviction in regards to the need and necessity of girls to strive along with boys for the service of the religion and life.

Hence you became the only woman in black Africa holding a signature of being the first woman to have written a book in Arabic language. Therefore kindly accept my warm congratulations oh you the pioneer girl by virtue of what you have achieved of the great work and on behalf of the African Muslim women in general.

And there is no need for me to take the place of eulogizers by pinpointing or citing from topics in the book, because the entire topics of the book is worthy of citation. And why not? As the "khadeem" devoted servant of Sheikh Ibrahim wrote in his eulogy:

"It encompasses the highest form of pearls

and best and priceless of benefits".

Certainly the words of the "khadeem" is true, as there is no pearl more priceless than ethical behavior which was brought by Islam. And there is nothing more beneficial than moral values and virtues which the Prophet (P.B.U.H) was sent to fulfill them. And the book entails nothing but a summary of Islamic etiquettes.

Allah Almighty says: "And the believing men and the believing women some are caretakers of others. They establish prayer, enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and give charity and they obey Allah and his messenger. Those will have the mercy of Allah. Verily Allah is Supreme and Wise". And Allah says: "The hypocrites among men and the hypocrites among women are from one other, they enjoin the wrongful deed and forbid the righteous deed. They fold off their hands (not spending in the course of Allah). They have forgotten about Allah and He then forgot about them verily, the hypocrites are the (perverts) wrong doers."

Verily, dear pioneer girl, gender equality in Islam is a reality, which only ignorant or arrogant people disbelieve in it. Because the responsibility of enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong is the greatest responsibility in Islam. So these are the holy verses that frankly deals with equality between men and women.

And glory be to Allah and congratulations to you for understanding your religion and you are aware that, life is not measured by anything but only when a woman is informed about her total responsibility without disappointment or dependence. I was glad to see you making this great contribution. I ask Allah to protect you and make success your everlasting partner and fulfilment your frontier.
