CLARIFICATION OF FALSE ALLEGATIONS & FABRICATIONS EMBEDDED IN THE BOOK OF SHEIKH TIJJANI "JAWAHIRIL MA'AANI", "PEARLS OF MEANINGS"

FOLKS JUMA'AH MUBARAK. THIS IS PART TWO OF A LENGTHY ARTICLE BY SHEIKH MUHAMMADUL HAFIZ AL-MISRIAL-TIJANI, WHO WAS ONE OF THE GREATEST EGYPTIAN SCHOLARS OF THE PAST GENERATION AND A MURID OF MAULANA SHEIKH IBRAHIM NIASS. IN THIS EXPOSITION, HE CLARIFIED MANY FALSE ALLEGATIONS & FABRICATIONS EMBEDDED IN THE BOOK OF SHEIKH TIJJANI "JAWAHIRIL MA'AANI", "PEARLS OF MEANINGS". 

IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR MANY MURIDS TO LAY THEIR HANDS ON THE AUTHENTIC, NON "INTOXICATED" VERSION, WHICH FORTUNATELY WAS OWNED BY ONLY SHEIKH IBRAHIM & SHEIKH MUHAMMADUL HAFIZ AL-MISRI BY THEN. HENCE IT BECAME SO DIFFICULT FOR MANY MURIDS TO DEFEND THESE FABRICATED STATEMENTS. THEY WOULD ONLY TRY TO ANALYZE THEM THROUGH "TAWEEL", WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS.

AND IT IS RATHER UNFORTUNATE THAT SOME MISCHIEVOUS ENEMIES OF SHEIKH TIJANI TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THESE FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND DECLARED HIM A MUSHRIK OR KAFIR. THEY DID NOT TAKE PAINS TO DO JUSTICE TO KNOWLEDGE, BY MAKING RESEARCH AND COMING OUT WITH THE ACTUAL FACTS OF WHAT HE WROTE IN HIS BOOK. AND ALHAMDULILAH, SHEIKH IBRAHIM DEBUNKED SUCH ALLEGATIONS IN HIS BOOK:

AND JUST THIS MORNING, A DEVOTED MURID FROM NIGERIA, BROTHER Isma'eel Bakare, EMAILED ME A BUNCH OF GREAT BOOKS OF OUR SCHOLARS, WITH THE BOOKS OF SHEIKH MUHAMMADUL HAFIZ AL-MISRI DOMINATED THE LIST. ONE TITLE THAT I WILL START SERIALIZING SOON IS ENTITLED:

"رد أكاذيب المفترين على أهل اليقين"

"DEBUNKING THE LAIRS AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF CERTAINTY". 

IN THIS BOOK SHEIKH HAFIZ TOOK THE VARIOUS FALSE ALLEGATIONS INFUSED IN NEWLY PUBLISHED "JAWAHIR AL MA'AANI" AND PRESENTED THE REAL FACTS. I HOPE THIS WILL CLARIFY TO ANYONE WHO WAS BRAIN-WASHED ABOUT THE WILD & BLASPHEMOUS STATEMENTS ALLEGEDLY MADE BY SHEIKH TIJJANI IN HIS BOOK.

إني أعلن أننا لا نعتقد أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كتم شيئاً مما أمِرَ بتبليغه ، ومستحيل أن يُؤمَر بتبليغ ورد أو صلاة الفاتح أو غيرها أو بيانِ فضلها فيكتم شيئاً من ذلك ، ومن أعتقد ذلك فهو كافر بالله ورسوله لا يُقبل منه صرف ولا عدل ، ولا أدري كيف يعقل أن يكون قد كتم الورد وهو الاستغفار والصلاة عليه صلى الله عليه وسلم بأي صيغة ولا إله إلا الله .وصلاة الفاتح موجودة قبل الشيخ ( أي أبي العباس التجاني ( مشهورة فلا يصح بحالٍ كونـُها ادّخِرَت له ، ولم يثبت ذلك عنه.

I hereby announce that we [the Tijjaniyah Sufi Order] do not believe that the Prophet [PBUH] concealed something that he was commanded to convey. And it is impossible to be commanded to convey a “wird” or “salatul faith” or anything else or a clarification of its virtues for him to conceal something from it. So, whoever believes in that, he is a non believer of Allah and his Prophet. Nothing will be accepted from him. And I do not know how reasonable would it be for him to conceal a wird which is Istigfar, and salatul alan nabbiyi with any formula, And La Ilaha Illa Lah and salatul faith which was in existent and popular before the advent of Sheikh Tijjani. And it would not be right for it to be preserved for him, and this was not authentically confirmed as what he claimed.

ولا نعتقد أن هنالك بعد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تشريعاً بأي وجه من الوجوه ، وما جاء به صلى الله عليه وسلم مستحيل أن ينسخ شيء منه أو يزاد شيء عليه ، ومن زعم ذلك فهو كافر خارج على الإسلام.

And we do not believe that, there is a legislation or any sharia ruling after what was revealed to the Prophet [PBUH] in any form. And what the Prophet [PBUH] brought is impossible for him to amend or add anything on top of it. Whoever assumes that, then he is a non-believer, who has left the path of Islam.

SALAMU ALAIKUM JAMA'MAH. THIS IS THE FIRST EXCERPT OF THE BOOK OF MAULANA SHEIKH MUHAMMADUL HAFIZ AL-MISRI AL-TIJANI WHICH DEBUNKED THE FABRICATIONS IN THE PRINTED VERSION OF "JAWAHIRIL MA'AANI". (REMEMBER AS I MENTIONED LAST TIME, IT WAS ONLY HIM AND MAULANA SHEIKH IBRAHIM WHO HAD THE ORIGINAL HAND WRITTEN COPIES IN THOSE DAYS). HIS REJOINDER IS ENTITLED:

HISTORY IS REPLETE WITH THESE KINDS OF MANIPULATIONS AND DISTORTIONS BY SOME NON MUSLIMS TO CAUSE DISUNITY AMONG THE UMMAH AND ALSO BY OTHER MUSLIMS OUT OF ENMITY & ENVY OF AWLIYAH OR SAINTS OF ALLAH. SO ON ONE HAND, ONE MIGHT GIVE THE NON TIJJANIYAH SCHOLARS WHO GREW UP AND LAID THEIR HANDS ON THIS VERSION THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, BECAUSE THE FABRICATIONS WERE MADE LONG BEFORE THEY WERE BORN. HOWEVER, ON THE OTHER HAND, WE WOULD BLAME THEM FOR NOT DOING JUSTICE TO KNOWLEDGE, BY NOT RESEARCHING TO KNOW OR GET ACCESS TO THE AUTHENTIC VERSION. BUT TO ALLAH BE THE GLORY, THE TRUTH HAS BEEN UNVEILED. AND IT IS BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. AND WE ONLY HOPE THAT THOSE WHO SWALLOWED THIS TOXIC VERSION OF THE BOOK, HOOK, LINE AND SINKER WILL CHANGE THEIR WRONG PERCEPTIONS ABOUT THIS GREAT WALIYI OF ALLAH!

IN THE TWO COLUMNS BELOW(AS THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND ARABIC COULD CLEARLY SEE), SHEIKH MUHAMMADUL HAFIZ EXHIBITED THE AUTHENTIC VERSION OF A STATEMENT OF SHEIKH TIJJANI IN JAWAHIRIL MA'AANI ON THE RIGHT & SHOWCASED THE INAUTHENTIC VERSION WHICH WAS FABRICATED ON THE LEFT IN THE BOOK. AND I TRANSLATED IT BELOW. THERE ARE MANY OF SUCH DISTORTIONS WHICH I WILL BE TRANSLATING & SERIALIZING IN THE COMING WEEKS.

I will showcase you for example the fraudulent fabrication of Al-khidir and his lies and deceit, so people will see the fair[authentic] and unfair[inauthentic] statement made by Sheikh Ahmadal Tijjani in his book "Jawahiril Ma’aani”.

And the condition of wird is to take the ja’amah salat seriously, and the issues pertaining to sharia. And beware of wearing the “garment of safety” from the cunning of Allah out of your sins, because it is the recipe for destruction. And beware also, may Allah forbid from wearing the “garment of safety” from the cunning of Allah to indulgence in sinful acts, with the belief that you are secure from the punishement of Allah against that. Because whoever took this stand in the sight of Allah and persist on it, then it is a proof that he will die as a non believer, may Allah Almighty forbid. Culled from “Jawahiril Ma’aani”, volume 2. This man has made his wird a guarantee of obtaining Paradise without judgment and accountability for anyone who embraced it. And the person will be in the "e’lliyeen"(highest pedestal of Paradise) with the prophets and messengers, without any restriction and condition. And by following this man….leads to his followers’ major and minor sins being wipped away, even if they would not do good deeds for their entire life.

SALAMU ALAIKUM, THIS IS THE SECOND PART OF THE REJOINDER WRITTEN BY THE PROMINENT AND POPULAR HADITH SCHOLAR IN EGYPT SHEIKH MUHAMMADUL HAFIZ AL-MISRI AL-TIJANI, THE KHALIFAH OF SHEIKH TIJJANI ABOUT THE FALSE & FABRICATIONS EMBEDDED IN THE PRINTED VERSION OF JAWAHIRIL MA’AANI. IT IS ENTITLED:

The discussion about Jawahiril Ma’aani, may be he(the fabricator) failed and fumbled in what he quoted [from the book], which exposes the [mischievous] motive of many of those who copy or republish books. However, I researched Jawahiril Ma’aani line by line and word by word, I did not see where this statement was made. And I researched it as well in other books of Tariqah and I did not find it in any of those books, that was when it became clear to me that those people were liars, fabricators creating blasphemy (against Sheikh Tijjani) and they do not fear Allah. So if a man is a liar, you do not rely upon his conveyed sources which is considered coming from scholars. So even if he were to be countered, he would be considered among the evil scholars, may Allah Almighty protect us.

And I am back to the wird that those people alleged Sheikh Tijani said: The Prophet (PBUH) has concealed or hidden it for him and I realized it was ISTIGFAR, SALATU ALAN NABIYYI, S.A.W. with any tone and LA ILAHA ILLA LAHU. Now which was concealed by the Prophet s.a.w. from among these? ISTIGFAR? This does not make sense.

SALATUL ALAN NABIYI with any tone! even SALATUL FATIH if they allege is concealed (for Sheikh Tijjani), then it was existing before Sheikh Tijjani may Allah be pleased with him and it was popular. It was Sayyidina Ali may Allah be pleased with him who recited it first.

Was LA ILAHA ILLA LAH hidden by the Prophet(PBUH)?
This is the wird, so the people are enemies [mischievous] they have no honor. They have disgraced and scandalized every morally upright person in a very ugly manner and disgraced their followers among whom attested to their truthfulness.

And Allah Almighty says: (O you who believe if an immoral person comes to you with a news verify, in order not to accuse a people [who are innocent] ignorantly, so you will by so doing regret).

And whether Ustaz Al-Khidir bun Ma Yaba, or Al-Shuwaikh Abdul Rahaman or so and so, this statement is a fabricated falsehood. So these are the people who had betrayed the trust of knowledge and sacrificed themselves with the sword of falsehood. And the clear-cut issue is that, there is no one true Tijjani follower who believe that the Prophet [PBUH] has concealed something among what he was commanded to convey. And this is one thing. So the leaders of Tijjaniyah are innocent from this accusation and their enemies are the criminals that man who claims he aims at aiding the truth must keep distance from them, if there remains some eeman or faith in him.

And at this juncture, permit me to clarify to you an intellectual rule, which is the reality of standpoint and the standpoint of fair-minded scholars. And it is the sharia ruling in everything that concerns a Muslim among the Muslims either from the east nor from the west, a fiqh, a hadith, an oratory or a sufi scholar. Sayyadi Ahmed Tijjani’s stands and other scholars on this is whenever an issue is attributed to a Muslim, it has to be treated according to the sharia. And it must also be handled according to what contradicts the sharia, but we will have to handle it according to the sharia.

And Sayyadi Ahmed Tijjani may Allah be pleased with him was asked, will [people] lie about you? He said: “Yes, when you hear something attributed to me, weight it on the scale of the sharia. If it matches it, work with it and if it contradicts it, reject it.”

So he had announced [from the onset] that what contradicts the sharia is a lie attributed to him, because he himself complies with the sharia. And scholars of his contemporary generation have known him with that.

And the scale or common denominator between him and his companions is the sharia of Allah Almighty. So whatever is attributed to him requires to be observed in two different faces, one face conforms with the sharia and the other face does not conform to it.

So we will handle it base on what conforms with the sacred sharia. And we seek refuge from Allah not to adopt the contradictory face [of the sharia]. And we lead according how we know him and his followers. And would avoid what he does not say and he was innocent from.

And if is not possible to hold it - according what happened to him, which the scholars knew before - on the ground that fits with sharia, we will rebut it and conclude that they lie against him. As he kept distance from him in his life and asked his companions to do so, like the saying of fabricators: Verily, this wird (Allah) concealed it for me and non among my companions knew about it. And we have been used to the sharia in two different situations, and secured our aqidah or belief from all contradictions.

And most of the oppositions of those people are based on three issues:
First Issue: Falsehood that they fabricated which is not in the book that they related to it originally, nor was it in any book among the books of Tariqah. Just in the previous issue, and the fact that Salatul Fatih is from the Qur’an.
